Getting beautiful photos of your asset shouldn’t be complicated, whether it’s a 600 square foot condo or a 5,000 square foot house. We have the experience to do the job and love to help you promote your home.
We offer 3 simple, no frills packages to get the job done. All of our packages pay high attention to detail and ensure the time is spent to make each image perfect. If you have a specific idea in mind, we are more than happy to work with you to execute your vision.
Note: We have no limit to square footage of residence.Basic Photo Package – $140
With this package we will provide you with 12 beautiful high resolution photos as well as fast, web-ready images you can use on your site. We will work with you to make sure these images are optimal for the usage you need.
Pro Package – $180
Up to 20 high resolution and fast web-ready photos for Print media or displaying on web sites as well as two 360 degree panoramas.
Ultimate Package – $240
35 photos, depending on the scale of the location and six 360 degree panoramas.
Twilight / Night time / Dusk shooting + $40
Nightime photoshoots require extra special care and an extra trip to get the job done. We are flexible, and if we can synch up a day and dusk shoot there is no extra charge.
Please note the following policies:There is a $50 deposit, applied towards your shoot, to reserve your time.
All services are payable at the shoot.
Offices with 5+ shoots per month are eligible to receive a volume discount.
